Saeed has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s not only professional but also personable, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I hired BC Green to handle asbestos removal and demolish my house down to the studs. Saeed and his team completed the job in an organized and timely manner. When they discovered additional asbestos, it was removed safely with a very reasonable fee.
I can only hope that everyone else I work with during my renovation is as pleasant and efficient as Saeed and his team. I’ve already recommended him to friends, and my fiancé is working with him on additional projects.

My husband and I worked with Saeed back in 2022. It has been on our minds ever since to make the time to write a positive review. Saeed's team did an amazing job, just the way Saeed described they would and they finished exactly when they said they would.  Saeed was very responsive always providing insightful and timely answers to our questions. Saeed arrived on site if we were content with the job, he was extremely professional, punctual and respectful. Our puppy jumped on Saeed and his response was so kind and patient. They had the fairest price for the companies who properly performed asbesto abatement.  From what we could tell, Saeed's company followed all Worksafe BC standards and provided us with all the information around where asbestos will be disposed.

Our only feedback was that some water bottles etc were left in our yard. Saeed came back right away and cleaned those himself and shared with us how we was going to address it with his team. What more can one ask? If we ever have another property where we would need to remove asbestos or if family/friends ask, we will recommend Saaed's company. Very happy with my experience.  Saeed was very prompt and responsive to my request for an estimate and to discuss the details of my asbestos removal/demolition project.

My job was scheduled right away and Sam and his crew were very professional, worked quickly and left the space clean and tidy.

I received all the clearance paperwork and Saeed even coordinated with my other contractor about next steps on the reno project.

Came out to do asbestos testing the same day and was able to produce a result the next day. Very fast and efficient, however seemed a bit pricey.
