- Replacement: We completely get rid and dispose of the lead-containing household items or parts (e.g. doors, cabinets, faucets) and replace them with a new one.
- Paint removal: Completely removing lead paint while containing the lead-contaminated dust that is released in the air. During lead remediation, we take extra precautions to avoid potential exposure by wearing protective gear and keep each family member away during the operation.
- Encapsulation: Sealing the affected area with a specific coating.
